Very Comfortable for Work or Sleep - Highly recommended.I have tried many different plugs over the years, for both my work and for sleeping. Many varieties are OK for work, but I have found every other variety except the Max Lite s to be variously painfull for sleeping. There are many days at the shop that I comfortably wear these all day long, and I never have any pain when using them to help me sleep when I m away from home.The trick to getting them in easily is to lick them before inserting them in your ear. They slip right in and seal perfectly!

very good, with practice - This type of earplug takes some practice, at least for me. I had been used to a harder type that inserted more easily. This is a softer type that absolutely must be rolled small and allowed a moment to fill the ear space. I honestly thought they were mushy junk, initially, and they do take more care to insert properly (no two ears are the same). Once in, however, they are quite effective.
